Words and Assumptions

That hesitance, then a change of word choice when you see my face and assume the mind behind it can’t understand your language. I try not be annoyed, you’re trying to be helpful and simplify your already simple question, I’d probably do the same in your shoes, maybe I have.  But I cringe inwardly at this assumption, this quick decision, only because I want it not to be so painfully obvious that I don’t belong here.
